We have worked diligently to become an economical, yet friendly catering company that serves up a tasty Southern BBQ experience. We look forward to serving you at your next party or special event!

CATERING PACKAGES:

One meat with choice of two sides served with buns or grilled cornbread, BBQ sauce, pickles, tea or lemonade with lemons and ice, plates, plastic ware, serving utensils, napkins and moist towelettes needed to serve your party.

SIDE CHOICES:

Baked Beans, Marinated Slaw, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, House Fried Chips, Oreo Chocolate Puddin', Banana Puddin' and other special sides

Mama's down-home meatloaf with a smokey twist that’s served with two sides.

Tuesdays
Chef’s Choice

Brisket Wednesday offers a slow smoked beef brisket served with two sides.

Thanksgiving Thursday
Smoked sliced turkey breast with cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce & white sauce piled on a toasted bun and served with two sides.

Fridays: Blackened Fish Friday has a blackened catch, marinated slaw, homemade tartar sauce, and pickles on a toasted bun that’s served with two sides.

Saturdays: Smoked Burger: Smoked all beef patty topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and special burger sauce that’s served with two sides.

Sundays: Fried Chicken Sunday: Southern fried chicken topped with a chili flake infused honey drizzle, served with two sides, and a piece of cornbread. Made to order.
