Our ideal venue is a 3,000 square foot; free standing building with its own character, ample parking, separate bar area from dining room, kid’s area, basic restaurant infrastructure and usable outdoor space.
From strip malls to bowling alleys, Antebellum homes to refurbished gas stations, ski town dive, to a beach town Mom & Pop; our venues are as diverse as our market.
How much are franchise royalty fees?
Our royalty fees are 5% of your gross sales, as well as, a 1% marketing fee.
We feel that this percentage is fair and competitive compared to other concepts.
Home much is the Initial Franchise Fee (IFF)?
The franchise fee is $30,000; $5,000 will be due at the time you sign the Franchise Agreement and the remaining $25,000 prior to your store opening.
How much can I make as a Moe's Original Bar-B-Que franchisee?
The Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations do not allow us to provide specific profit projections. We will provide you our Franchise Disclosure Document with financial disclosures when you are further along in the evaluation process.
What kind of training will I receive from Moe's Original Bar-B-Que?
We require two weeks of on-site training in Vail, Colorado.
Three days before opening and for up to seven day thereafter, we will send representatives to your location to assist with opening and initial operations.
You will receive a loaned copy of the Moe’s Original Bar-B-Que Operations Manual.
What is the average investment cost of a Moe's Original Bar-B-Que?
Your estimated initial investment will be between $190,100 - $415,100. This estimate includes, but is not limited to: the franchise fee, site selection/lease negotiations, furniture, décor, equipment, leasehold improvements, signage, miscellaneous other costs and some working capital.
